Our courses are independently accredited by a range of external organisations that ensure you the highest level of training available. Our coaching and mentoring courses along with our Leadership & Management training are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) our NLP training is externally accredited and internationally recognised. Our lead trainer Dave Woolley is a trainer member of the Association of NLP and was trained by the Guild of NLP. Dr Grimley is an accredited master Trainer and has written extensively on the subject of coaching.
